Important Information
Beer and Wine: You must be 21 or older and have proof of age to drink alcohol. Last call for alcohol will be at 3:45pm. Our insurance carrier does not allow alcoholic beverages to be brought to the party. Please protect your community association by not bringing any alcoholic beverages.
Transportation to Festival: If you ride a bike, remember to bring a lock.
Parking: There will be plenty of parking, including designated disabled parking, at Kohl Mansion, 2750 Adeline Drive.
Safety Advisory: With the expected heavier-than-normal traffic before, during, and after the party, please be extra careful when traveling, driving, walking, or biking.

Pets: Due to health regulations, no pets are allowed at the Festival.
